Terms and Conditions

By registering for and participating in Lodi Yoga Fest, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in yoga, meditation, breathwork, movement classes, workshops, sound healing sessions, and other wellness activities offered at Lodi Yoga Fest involves physical activity that may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, muscle strain, falls, or other physical harm.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation in festival activities.

I certify that I am physically able to participate in yoga and wellness activities and have consulted with a medical professional if necessary. I agree to listen to my body, practice within my personal limits, and immediately stop participation if I experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any medical concerns.

I understand that instructors may offer guidance but are not responsible for monitoring my physical condition.

In consideration for being permitted to participate in Lodi Yoga Fest, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:

• Lodi Yoga Fest
• Event organizers and staff
• Participating instructors and practitioners
• Volunteers
• Vendors and sponsors
• The event venue Appellation Lodi – Wine & Roses

from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the event.

I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings, health, and safety while attending the festival.

I agree to follow all event guidelines, safety instructions, and venue rules during the festival.

I understand that photographs and video may be taken during Lodi Yoga Fest for promotional and marketing purposes.

By attending the event, I grant Lodi Yoga Fest permission to use my image, likeness, and voice in photographs, video recordings, and promotional materials without compensation.

If I choose to consume alcohol available at the event, I agree to do so responsibly and acknowledge that participation in physical activities while under the influence is at my own risk.

I agree to conduct myself respectfully toward instructors, staff, volunteers, vendors, and fellow attendees.

By completing my registration and attending Lodi Yoga Fest, I confirm that:

• I have read this Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement
• I fully understand its terms
• I voluntarily agree to its conditions
