 LODI YOGA FEST PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Event Name: Lodi Yoga Fest

Event Location: Oak Farm Winery Lodi, Ca

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.

By completing the registration form, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms as a participant in Lodi Yoga Fest:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that yoga, meditation, and other festival activities involve physical movement that may result in injury. I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that I assume all risks, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, environmental conditions, and the effects of weather.

2. HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

I affirm that I am physically fit and have consulted with a physician if necessary before participating. I acknowledge that Lodi Yoga Fest and its organizers, instructors, and volunteers are not responsible for assessing my physical condition or providing medical advice.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby release and discharge Lodi Yoga Fest, its organizers, sponsors, instructors, volunteers, and venue owners from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action related to any injury, loss, or damages incurred as a result of my participation.

4. MEDIA RELEASE

I grant permission for Lodi Yoga Fest to use photographs, videos, and recordings of me taken during the event for promotional purposes, including social media, marketing materials, and future event promotions. I waive any right to compensation or ownership of such media.

5. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

I agree to act responsibly and respect the event environment, instructors, and other participants. I acknowledge that I may be removed from the event if I engage in behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

6. ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION

I understand that this festival is held at a winery where alcohol may be served. I agree to drink responsibly and acknowledge that Lodi Yoga Fest, its organizers, and venue owners are not liable for any incidents, injuries, or damages resulting from alcohol consumption. I affirm that I am of legal drinking age and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding alcohol use.

7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMS

I have read and fully understand this waiver and release of liability. By completing the registration form in “Shed” and purchasing a Yoga Fest Ticket, I voluntarily agree to its terms.
